    Reconstruct provides high-quality, multi-solution services to the social care, education, and health sectors. Our training programmes support professionals to strengthen knowledge, build confidence, and improve practice when working with children, young people, families, and vulnerable adults. We deliver open courses, in-house sessions, and bespoke training packages to individuals and organisations across the sector.

    Role Overview

    We are seeking experienced, passionate trainers to join our team to deliver professional development sessions across social care, residential services, education, and health. Trainers will facilitate engaging, practical, and evidence-informed learning experiences that improve professional practice, promote reflective practice, and enhance safeguarding, participation, and trauma-informed approaches.

    This role offers flexible opportunities to deliver open courses, in-house sessions, and bespoke training programmes, both face-to-face and online.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Deliver high-quality training to individual professionals and organisational teams across social care, residential services, education, and health.

    . Design and deliver engaging sessions grounded in safeguarding, participation, and trauma-informed care principles.

    . Support learning through practical exercises, case studies, and reflective activities.

    . Adapt training content for open courses, in-house programmes, and bespoke packages, ensuring relevance and impact for diverse audiences.

    . Provide constructive feedback and evaluation to participants and clients.

    . Work collaboratively with the Reconstruct training team to ensure programmes meet organisational standards and sector best practice.

    . Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation, regulations, and emerging best practice across social care, education, and health.

    Skills and Experience:

    · Significant frontline and/or strategic experience in social care, education, or health services.

    · Experience delivering training, facilitation, or professional development sessions.

    · Strong knowledge of safeguarding, participation, and trauma-informed practice.

    · Ability to design and adapt training for different audiences and delivery formats (face-to-face and online).

    · Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

    · Reflective and adaptable, with the ability to manage challenging discussions or sensitive topics.
