  • START UP

    Aim:
    To support those who are new to the sector, or who need guidance in setting up a new provision.
    The Start Up package is designed as a one-stop solution for launching a new children’s residential home, supported accommodation, or education provision. We offer a personalised approach, tailored to the unique needs of each client and setting. From day one through to opening, Reconstruct will assign a dedicated project lead and expert consultants who will guide and support you every step of the way.

    Setting up a new service involves many moving parts. The Start Up Programme ensures that every “i” is dotted and every “t” is crossed, helping you develop a high-quality, fully compliant, and sustainable provision.

    Outcome:
    By the end of this service, clients will be registered with the relevant regulator (Ofsted, DfE, CIW or Estyn) and have a fully operational provision, along with a clear, confident plan for delivering high-quality services for children and young people.
