Reconstruct has been delivering training and consultancy in Wales since 1990 and has worked with a number of Welsh local authorities and voluntary sector organisations.  All our training in Wales is delivered within the context of current legislation and is tailored to meet the specific needs of your local authority or organisation.  It takes full account of the inspections in relation to core skills in child protection and child care work.

We take the time and care to understand your needs and then find an effective solution.  We know that one size does not fit all.  We have a pool of experienced Welsh trainers with a wide range of backgrounds in social, health, and legal work; this means we can supply the person with the right knowledge and experience to meet your needs.

Support with complex cases
Cymorth ag achosion cymhleth

Reconstruct Wales provides a range of services to help practitioners working with children and families whose cases are complex. Through specialised training and direct work our experienced staff can help you to promote and enhance evidence based assessment and intervention in complex cases.  The work includes pre-Public Law Outline (PLO) assessments, risk assessment in relation to children displaying sexually harmful behaviour and community based assessments.

Mae Reconstruct Cymru'n darparu amrywiaeth o wasanaethau i helpu ymarferwyr sy'n gweithio â phlant a theuluoedd y mae eu hachosion yn rhai cymhleth. Drwy hyfforddiant arbenigol a gwaith uniongyrchol gall ein staff profiadol eich helpu i hyrwyddo a gwella asesiadau ac ymyriadau ar sail tystiolaeth mewn achosion cymhleth.  Mae'r gwaith yn cynnwys asesiadau cyn yr Amlinelliad Cyfraith Cyhoeddus (Public Law Outline – PLO), asesu risg mewn perthynas â phlant sy'n dangos arwyddion o ymddygiad rhywiol niweidiol ac asesiadau yn y gymuned.
