For some staff or for some bits of training, going on a one or two day course may not be the best way.   Reconstruct can provide e-learning packages or develop ones tailored to your specific needs.

The advantages are:

• staff can do the training when they want at a speed that works for them
• you can provide the training when it is needed, not when the next course is scheduled

We find that e-learning is particularly useful for some aspects of induction training or where you may need to ensure some basic levels of knowledge across a large number of staff.   But it can also work well with other learning needs.

We can provide the programme and let you run it from there on or offer a package which includes administering and updating the scheme.    We also offer a blend learning which combines e-learning packages with face to face workshops where participants have the opportunity to discuss and ask questions about what they have been learning and consider how to integrate their learning into practice.
