Reconstruct has been delivering training and consultancy in Scotland since 2001 and has worked with a number of Scottish local authorities and voluntary sector organizations.   All our training in Scotland is delivered within the context of current Scottish legislation and is tailored to meet the specific needs of your local authority or organization.   It takes full account of the inspections in relation to core skills in child protection and child care work.

We take the time and care to understand your needs and then find an effective solution.   We know that one size does not fit all.   We have a pool of experienced Scottish trainers with a wide range of backgrounds in Scottish social, health, and legal work; this means we can supply the person with the right knowledge and experience to meet your needs.
