Child care procedures

Reconstruct has developed a new approach to writing procedures.   We use an easy to operate computer web-based format, written in plain English by child care professionals.   This forms the basis for a set of procedures which we can then work on with you to adapt to fit your authority.

Our procedures explain what needs to be done and why; if your staff want to know more, with the click of a mouse they can be taken to source documents (legislation and guidance) or research findings.   It is possible to include all sorts of learning techniques including handouts from training courses, videos and research papers.
