Supporting KiDs in Kenya
Reconstruct is committed to improving services for children worldwide and as part of that commitment, we have supported a number of voluntary projects in this country and abroad. We are currently involved with the KiD project in Kenya...
KiD is a Kindergarten school in the town of Diani Beach near Mombasa.
The school was founded 15 years ago and gives local children a positive introduction to education. The organisation also supports these children once they leave the kindergarten by paying for their education expenses until they leave school or university.

KiD is a non profit-making organisation and relies solely on donations. Reconstruct currently pays the salary of one teacher at the school and some of our staff sponsor individual children.
There are many ways you or your organisation could help support this charity including meeting the whole educational needs of one child for £18 per month.
If you are interested in finding out more, please contact Barry Raynes by email, barry@reconstruct.co.uk, or by phone on 01225 780145.
