Gordon Jelley

Gordon Jelley is the Training and Development Manager at Reconstruct.
He is a qualified social worker and works across the company integrating training with service delivery and consultancy. 

Originally from Ireland, he has worked as a home carer, a residential worker with children with learning difficulties, a children’s social worker and a senior workforce development officer over the last 20 years. 

His particular area of interest is in how theory and research can support analysis and decision making in social work practice.
