Phil Hutty

Phil Hutty qualified as a social worker at the University of Bristol in 1991. prior to this he worked in many diverse social care settings including as a unqualified social worker in generic social work team,  a child care residential worker, a residential probation worker and even a behaviour modification unit for adults with learning difficulties.

Since Qualification he has worked in statutory child care as a social worker and front line manager, a project manager for a national charity and most recently as a principle reviewing officer in a London borough.  This  included reviewing children in public care, chairing child protection plan conferences and leading complex child protection strategy meetings.
