Leon Roach is a trainer of some 20 years experience. Working within the statutory and voluntary sector care industries gives Leon a critical awareness of how social care is arranged. Specialising in diversity management affords Leon an opportunity to engage with wider social policy trends. Leon has worked in homelessness, penal reform, social services children and adults sections and more recently in higher education.
