Roger de Wolf

Roger de Wolf had a career in teaching, theatre, youth arts work and community development before gaining a DipSW and becoming a Probation Officer.  During his eleven years in a voluntary sector drug and alcohol agency, he worked with problem drug users and their families, and trained both staff and volunteers.  Alongside the day-job, his practice as trainer, group-worker, non-managerial supervisor, university lecturer and team development facilitator has expanded and developed over the last twenty years, and he is now fully freelance.  Roger is a trained and experienced mediator and is passionately interested in solution-focused working and motivational group work.
