Shefali Shah

Shefali Shah  LLB (Hons), DMS, Solicitor, has 15 years experience in public and private sector, with  over 13 years experience as a Local Authority Solicitor in various Local Authorities and as a Manager of a Social Services Legal Team responsible for all child, adult protection, community care and asylum matters.  Shefali is member of the Law Society Children Panel. She has conducted high profile care and adoption proceedings on behalf of the Local Authorities, and Children and acts as a legal advisor to various adoption panels and national children charities.

Shefali also has extensive experience in both practising and teaching Children Law to social work and legal practitioners.
