Shefali Shah

Shefali Shah is a qualified solicitor; she has experience in public and private sector, with 10 years experience as a Local Authority Solicitor in various Local Authorities and as a Manager of a Social Services Legal Team responsible for all child, adult protection, community care and asylum matters.  She is member of the Law Society Children Panel. She has conducted high profile care and adoption proceedings on behalf of the Local Authority and is a legal advisor on the adoption panel.

Shefali has extensive experience in training social workers on practice based courses and as a lecturer on degree courses.
