Gerry Mahon is a practising litigation solicitor with over 14 years experience of appearing in the courts throughout Scotland. He has vast experience of local authority work having spent the entirety of his career in that domain. Specialising in advice and representation in the areas of Social Work and Education, he is a member of both the BAAF Legal Group and the Social Work Lawyers Group and has a strong appreciation of professional practice in these fields. Having been involved in numerous and varied cases, he has first hand knowledge of the ins and outs of the court system and the impact the giving of evidence can have on the final outcome of a matter.
