Maxine Denham

Maxine Denham qualified from Paisley University with a DipSw and DipHe. She has over 6 years experience in residential childcare and worked as a basic grade worker before moving into management for 2 years. More recently Maxine worked in a statutory childcare setting as a children and families social worker based within a busy area team. Currently she is working in a specialised project which supports young people with harmful sexual behaviours. Maxine is a member of BASW (British Association of Social Workers) and NOTA (National Organisation for the Treatment of Abusers) and she has a keen interest in working with young people and the impact of trauma and shame.
