Sarvjit Gill

Sarvjit Gill has worked in statutory children and families services for 13 years. She has worked in both inner London boroughs as well as in rural authorities. She has been employed in posts ranging from Field Social Worker, Reviewing Officer, Strategic Planning and is currently employed by Wiltshire County Council as a Family Support Manager.

Sarvjit has delivered wide ranging training to both students and employed staff. Particular interests are Looked After children, Family Support and anti-discriminatory practice.

Sarvjit is currently involved in setting up an out of hours Crisis Intervention Service to prevent family and placement breakdown using evidence based approaches.
