Jeanette Waghorn

Jeanette Waghorn Is both a health and social work practitioner working in Children and Families for 28 years, as a manager and practitioner in a variety of settings including secure establishments, residential units for adolescents, child and adolescent mental health and in field - work child protection.

Most recently, she has been involved in lecturing, training and staff development in the field of safeguarding children, child mental health including the development and delivery of training for CAMHS and other multi agency practitioners.  She has a particular research interest in ‘working with children displaying sexually harmful behaviour’. Jeanette currently is Director for Reconstruct Wales, coordinating and delivering services in the Principality.
