Ann White

Ann White has a degree in Psychology and Sociology and is a qualified Social Worker. Although most of her career has been in Child Care, mainly in Fieldwork and Homefinding, she has had experience across all sectors of Social Care.

Ann has been a Team Manager and was for six years a Training Officer for Children’s Services in a Local Authority Social Services Department. She has a City and Guilds NVQ Level 4 in Training and Development

Although her main expertise is in Child Care training, Ann has significant experience in staff safety and managing challenging behaviour training together with training for supervisors and in personal and team development. She is also experienced in developing and delivering training involving service users
