Patsy Williams

Patsy Williams has worked in social care since 1980. Having held Management / Senior practitioners’ posts within the statutory & private sector, working in child protection, Fostering & Adoption, Court, Advocacy, Children’s Rights and complaints. She has produced and delivered training in many Local Authorities in the UK for Reconstruct since 2001.

Patsy has worked hard to promote staff morale, and positively embrace the many and essential changes in policy and legislation, and its implication for practice for service users, organisations and staff.
